Tickets can also be bought separately.</b> Drawing inspiration from the films of Jean-Pierre Melville and Patrick Lung's <i>The Story of a Discharged Prisoner</i>, John Woo's <i>A Better Tomorrow</i> itself is credited as being one of the most influential crime films of all time, giving rise to the "heroic bloodshed" genre popular in Hong Kong cinema and considered the origin of "gun fu" with its dance-like, highly stylised gunfight sequences. Ti Lung is Sung Tse-ho, a former triad gangster who tries to reform himself and reconnect with his policeman brother (Leslie Cheung). However, his mob ties prove extremely difficult to sever...
