Set in Poland, <i>Erupcja </i>follows two women as they complicate their romantic lives. Nel (Lena Góra) lives in Warsaw where she works at a flower shop. When her childhood friend Bethany (Charli xcx) comes to visit with a new boyfriend (Will Madden) - who she expects a marriage proposal from on this trip - a volcano erupts.<div><br></div><div>Co-written on the fly between director Pete Ohs, the three leads and co-star Jeremy O. Harris (<i>Slave Play</i>), <i>Erupjca</i> is a burning exploration of the challenges of relationships and sapphic synchronicity deeply embedded in its setting in the Polish capital.
