Seeking revenge on those who wronged her, Jennifer turns succubus, seducing, slaughtering and snacking on any man she encounters. The only thing standing between her and killing every boy at school is her shy best friend Needy Lesnicki (Amanda Seyfried), who must face her fears to stop the bloodshed.</div><div><br></div><div>Oscar-winning screenwriter Diablo Cody (<i>Juno</i>) returned with this campy, gory, biting satire, directed by Karyn Kusama. Typical of the almost-comical misogyny rife in the late noughties, the studio's marketing focused on <i>Transformers</i> star Megan Fox's sex appeal, hoping to draw in an audience full of teen boys. Naturally, the film's feminist exploration of female rage, objectification and power dynamics didn't quite land with this audience, but happily <i>Jennifer's Body</i> has now found its true audience among women and queer film lovers, turning it from badly marketed flop to iconic cult horror classic.</div>HorrorPT1H42M152026-10-13USenMegan Fox
