Lucia is an introverted 16-year-old who joins an all-girls choir at her Catholic school. There she becomes friends with popular and flirty third-year student Ana-Maria. However, when the choir heads off to a convent in the country for a weekend of intensive rehearsals, their friendship is tested when Lucia becomes interested in a dark-eyed restoration worker. Lucia must figure out her emergent sexuality among unfamiliar surroundings, causing her to question her beliefs and value system - which starts to disrupt the choir's harmony...
