The family are then advised by a friendly neighbour to bury the animal in an eerie cemetery close by... <i>Pet Sematary</i> features a screenplay written by Stephen King himself, and a closing credits title track written and performed by The Ramones. The Ramones are one of Stephen King's favourite bands, and director Mary Lambert was friends with them through the music industry where she directed videos such as for Madonna's <i>Like A Prayer</i> and <i>Material Girl</i>.
