"Wuthering Heights" (Baby + Carer)

Screening as part of Baby and Carer screenings. "I think I'm gonna die in this (Film)house..." "Wuthering Heights" (speech marks included...) is Promising Young Woman and Saltburn director Emerald Fennell's bold and original imagining of one of the greatest love stories of all time. Starring Margot Robbie (The Wolf of Wall Street, Babylon, Barbie) as Cathy alongside the director's muse Jacob Elordi (Saltburn, Frankenstein) as Heathcliff, the film follows the pair as their forbidden romance develops from infatuation to intoxication in Emily Brontë's epic tale of lust, love and madness. The film also stars Academy Award-nominee Hong Chau (Inherent Vice, The Whale, Kinds of Kindness) as Nelly Dean, and Owen Cooper in his feature film debut as young Heathcliff, fresh off becoming the youngest ever actor to win Golden Globe, Emmy and Critics Choice awards back-to-back for his debut performance in TV series Adolescence. Soundtracked in part by an album of original songs by Charli XCX with singles House and Chains of Love released at the end of last year, "Wuthering Heights" is sure to be the Valentine's (and Galentine's...) Day smash for 2026.DramaPT2H16M152026-02-16
