Lavender Lens is our queer film strand, created in collaboration with the Lavender Menace Queer Books Archive, and Programmed with Pride. These monthly screenings are curated by the LGBTQ+ community in Edinburgh, exploring a kaleidoscope of queer stories from across the globe. Join us for curious, joyful, and challenging perspectives that reflect what the local queer community want to see.
The Queer Community Programming Group meet quarterly to discuss all things queer film and decide which titles will be shown. If you’re interested in getting involved, please contact learning@filmhouse.org.uk for more information!
